We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges

Key Return Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (original shipping costs non-refundable)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom orthotic insoles (from our Orthotics category)
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Used socks or undergarments
- Items damaged by misuse or improper care
How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchanges
For size exchanges on work boots, outdoor apparel, or technical gear:
